Schroth法とは 1921年にドイツの Katharina Schroth によって始められた側弯症の運動療法です。自身も側弯症患者であったカタリナは独自の3Dの運動療法を考案し、それは娘のChrista Lenhart Schroth（PT) に引き継がれ、その著作 Schroth method: exercises for scoliosis は世界各国で翻訳されました。Schroth 法はドイツでは健康保険も適用される側弯症の治療法として確立され、その効果は世界中で高く評価されています。Christaの息子でSchroth ファミリー3代目のDr.Hans Rudolf Weiss（MD) は、従来のSchroth法を医学的エビデンスに基づく最新の運動療法に進化させ、The Scoliologic®　 Best Practice Program を開発しました。 脊柱変形に対する保存療法（物理療法、装具、科学的根拠）についての講義と運動療法の実技を通して最新のSchroth法を学ぶ5日間です。英語と日本語で行ないます。修了者は Schroth Best Practice Therapistとして登録されます。

Combined A- and B-Level course (in English and Japanese )

The Scoliologic® Best Practice Academy is a foundation of instructors for the Schroth Best Practice program.

 

Course Content

Scoliologic Schroth Best Practice A-Level course

Therapists only (2days):

(Treatment performed and trained by the participants themselves without patients)

Day 1, Thursday:

Lectures (Conservative management of patients with spinal deformities – physiotherapy – braces – scientific evidence).

Practical part:

physiologic (Standing, sitting and while walking), Experiencial learning session

(Workout of curve patterns), Correction of the Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

in standing and sitting, 3D-made-easy exercises + first ideas of Schroth.

 

Day 2, Friday:

Lectures (Indications, curve patterns, deformities of different etiologies).

Practical part:

Whole 1st. Day program + First Schroth exercise,

Whole program + 2nd. And 3rd. Schroth exercise,

Whole program + 4th. And 5th. Schroth exercise,

Examination.

 

Scoliologic Schroth Best Practice B-Level course  

Therapists & Patients  (3 days):

(Treatment of patients performed by A-Level participants)

 

Day 3, Saturday:

Welcome – physio-logic90 min

Day 4, Sunday:

Experiencial learning: Systematic self correction90 min

Systematic self correction & 3D-made-easy90 min

Day 5, Monday:

Whole program + Schroth I  90min

Experiencial learning (Repetition) 90 min

Whole program + Schroth II & III90 min
